Nice clean place opens around 9 am, even on Saturdays. They don't cater MSK ultrasounds, though.

I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and the staff are always very friendly, courteous, and professional. The wait times are usually not too bad as they try to get you in as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible, so I appreciate how considerate they are of their patients’ time. Keep up the great job everyone as you are the only location I ever go to for my ultrasound and x-ray needs! 👍🏻👍🏻🤩🤩

Wonderful staff! Referral was not clear but they listened and took their time to investigate that indeed the mammogram and scan needed to be done. I appreciated their patience and diligence. Sheri was amazing! Thank you!

First ultrasound tech I had was kind and very nice! However when I went back for a follow up ultrasound, it was a student, and the actual tech who came in later didn't answer my questions, gave me this speech about how the machine doesn't detect the heartbeat, And how they aren't allowed to show the screen till later, i understand they are trying to be gentle but I feel if there is no heartbeat just say it ! makes it worst not knowing and waiting for the doctor to come in the room. Mothers look forward too these scans.

Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The lady that performed my recent mammogram was friendly and efficient doing the procedure in a timely manner. Overall my experience was great and I would recommend the Century Park location.

This is a very awful location to get in and our of. GPS had us way south on Ellerslie Road. Make sure you know how to get here well on advance. The facility is very busy. There is an elevator that will get you up to the second floor if you have mobility issue's

I received CT-guided cervical nerve root blocks. - Appointment booking: my first attempt wasn’t successful. I was asked to send the requisition to a personal email address but didn’t receive a response. Then submitted through the online service and was able to book shortly after that. - Environment: very clean, soothing environment. - Procedure: painful as expected but the staff was excellent. This experience was so much better than a previous one through a different provider (although under X-Ray, not CT). They took time to talk to me, gave me some time to recover before I had to leave the room, and made sure I was ok afterward. The only thing which could have made the experience better is if I had been able to sit on a recliner or use a bed to recover after leaving the CT room, rather than having to sit in one of the changing rooms or the waiting room, given the level of pain I was in.

I always had a good experience here. very neat clean and well organized lab. But one thing is for Ultrasound scan they are always very much booked. For booking and rescheduling the calls takes long time.
